Lab Manager - Princeton University
The Behavioral Science for Policy Lab (http://elke-u-weber.com/elke-u-weber/labs-and-centers), under the direction of Prof. Elke Weber, is hiring a full-time Lab Manager for a two-year or more time commitment. The start date will be sometime between June 1 and July 1, 2021. The position is expected to be remote through Summer 2021 and in-person after, as allowed by pandemic conditions.
This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining more research experience before pursuing a PhD in a behavioral science field. Individuals who identify as part of a historically underrepresented group are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative support for research projects, such as creating study materials and protocols, conducting background research including literature reviews, and organizational tasks
Collect, process, and analyze data
Edit and contribute to the writing of manuscripts
Complete IRB submissions and continuing reviews
Plan and organize research meetings
Keep lab resources and project records organized and up to date
Hire and manage BSPL research assistants
Maintain excellent, timely communication regarding research operations with BSPL members
Perform other related work as needed
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Self-motivated, highly organized, conscientious, and good team player
Excellent communication, management, and administrative skills
At least 1 year of research experience in a relevant area (including: psychology, economics, business, public policy, organizational behavior, consumer behavior)
Experience using a data analysis program such as R, SPSS, or SAS
General knowledge of some social science research methods, statistics, and experimental studies with human subjects
Preferred qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Economics, Business, Public Policy, Organizational Behavior, or Consumer Behavior
Research management and administration experience (formal or informal)
High degree of proficiency in R
Experience using Qualtrics
Experience using participant management platforms such as MTurk and Prolific
