The SPARK Society panel at the November 2020 Psychonomic meeting will focus on how to create and support an inclusive and diverse lab. We will discuss the recruitment of graduate students as well as undergraduate research assistants. We may also discuss how to train teams to develop diverse labs, how to make opportunities visible to underrepresented groups, and how to increase feelings of inclusion.

This year, SPARK Society is also organizing 3 panels for undergraduate students / early career researchers to help them make the most out of the Psychonomics conference through workshops, conference breakdowns, guided discussions and networking and mentorship opportunities.
