Responsibilities*

The Weinberg Institute for Cognitive Science at The University of Michigan invites applications from creative, highly qualified and motivated researchers for a two-year postdoctoral position. The position is primarily a research appointment, but also involves annually co-teaching  a cognitive science graduate or undergraduate seminar with a UM faculty member, or the instruction of one Cognitive Science course.  The desired start date of the appointment is September 2023, but this is negotiable.

We welcome applications working in all areas of cognitive science spanning linguistics, philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, and related fields such as computer science / AI and psychiatry.

Required Qualifications*

The successful application will hold a Ph.D.  in any area of cognitive science and have a demonstrated record of high quality research.
