The Center for Biobehavioral Health in the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking applicants for tenure track faculty positions. Applicants must have an established program of research and track record of extramural funding. The specific area of research within pediatric behavioral research is flexible (e.g., adherence, sleep, pain, neurodevelopment). Interdisciplinary work that intersects with neuroimaging, neuroendocrine function, and/or genomic medicine is encouraged. Research involving the evaluation of innovative interventions, community-based services, or primary prevention is also highly desirable. Applicants should have an MD or PhD in medicine, social/behavioral sciences, epidemiology, or public health with an emphasis on pediatric and/or behavioral health populations.
Faculty members have an appointment in the Department of Pediatrics, The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Joint appointments in other departments and colleges within the university are easily arranged. Salary and benefits are very competitive and are based on experience and academic rank. An attractive startup package will be provided to support the faculty member's research needs.
