Visiting Assistant Professor in Psychology - Trinity University

The Department of Psychology at Trinity University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor beginning in Fall 2024. A Ph.D. in psychology or closely related discipline is required by August of 2024, and the area of specialization is open. The successful applicant will demonstrate potential to be an excellent teacher and contribute to the department’s and university’s curricular needs. An active research program is not required, but the department and university value faculty scholarship and would support the candidate’s research on campus (e.g., with lab space and funds for conference travel).

Candidates should have experience teaching within their area of specialization. Although we are open to applicants from a variety of areas within psychology, preference will be given to applicants who have experience teaching in one of the following areas: statistics and research methods, social psychology, organizational psychology, or developmental psychology.
